Dumfries-born-and-based Bill has decades of management and executive-level experience in areas including staffing, production, distribution, sales and marketing - often responsible for multi-million pound budgets.

He is keen to help in any way possible to promote the regeneration of Dumfries and believes MSQ is a brilliant way to encourage new blood and life into the town centre. He hopes that, by being part the board, he can help to achieve members’ goals.

Bill’s career has included extensive work in the construction and manufacturing industries, mostly based in Dumfries and Galloway.
