The Loft is currently available for long-term lease. Short-term hires for specific projects - such as photography, filming or an arts commission - may also be considered.
The Loft could be the ideal working space for artists, makers or, indeed, anyone working in the creative industries or an enterprise which is simply seeking a striking town centre working space.
The space is currently fitted with a working kitchen, furniture and other accessories from its most recent use - which open a range of opportunities for prospective tenants. These fixtures and fittings could be transferred to any new tenant by negotiation with the previous occupant (whose enterprise has flourished in the space). Midsteeple Quarter could open that conversation.
